By using thebeecovee.com or placing an order with The Bee Covee, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

 

1. Orders & Payments
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Please ensure that your contact and shipping details are correct before placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid circumstances.
     
2. Products
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Minor variations may occur in handmade, beaded, or assembled products.
  • Product availability is subject to stock.
     
3. Shipping
  • We ship Pan India only.
  • Standard shipping charges are ₹80.
  • Orders above 500g may require additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and location. Delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
     
4. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing/dispatch.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order details.
  • Please contact us before sending any product back.
     
5. Custom & Bulk Orders
  • Customised products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
  • We accept retail as well as wholesale/bulk orders.
  • Bulk orders may be eligible for discounts depending on the order value.
     
6. Jewellery & Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions. Damage, discolouration, or wear caused by improper use or exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or other substances is not considered a product defect unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, text, logos, and other content on our website and social media belong to or are used by The Bee Covee and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
